Parent Eating Competence: Considerations in Eating Disorder Treatment

$25.00

A webinar for professionals by Jennifer Harris, RDN, LD, CEDRD-S

Family based feeding is straight forward on the surface. The approach takes advantage of the parent’s knowledge as it relates to their child’s eating so that they can feed their child in recovery. But what happens if the parent you are working with does not have sound eating or feeding practices to begin with? They may be dealing with their own distortions or confidence and will need support. As a clinician, you may find yourself managing more than one client in a family when working in the eating disorder field.

1.0 pre-approved Level II CEUs from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) upon passing of test.
