From Power Struggles to Peaceful Meals: End Picky Eating Without Pressure, Bribes, or Battles

On-demand program available June 17, 2026

Practical strategies for parents of picky eaters, presented by Rebeca Hernández, RD, MSc

If mealtimes feel like a daily struggle — filled with negotiating, pressure, or preparing multiple meals only to have food left untouched — this program is designed to help. Grounded in Ellyn Satter’s Division of Responsibility in Feeding (sDOR), a feeding framework recognized by many physicians and pediatric experts as the gold standard in feeding, this four-part program will help parents better understand what is truly typical in child eating and why most picky eating does not require fixing.

Participants will learn how to apply the Division of Responsibility in their own homes to reduce pressure at mealtimes and encourage children to approach eating with greater comfort and curiosity. The program will also address common mealtime challenges, helping parents respond with calm, consistent boundaries while fostering a more positive feeding relationship. In addition, families will explore how to support a balanced relationship with sweets without relying on restriction, conflict, or power struggles.

Parents who have completed this program consistently describe a meaningful shift in their mealtime experience: conflict decreases, anxiety around feeding begins to ease, and meals become more relaxed, connected, and enjoyable for the whole family.

Your purchase will give you access to the program materials for one year.
