Mentorship Options

Private Mentorship

ESI’s private mentorship allows for customized advice and strategies that are specific to your unique needs and goals. ESI faculty members (the mentors) can concentrate solely on the your client cases and professional development, addressing individual challenges and strengths.

Private mentorship may be for you if you would like to receive a more personalized, confidential, and flexible approach to professional growth, ensuring you receive the attention and support you need to succeed.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are held by phone or virtually. You and your mentor can determine the number of sessions at the initial meetup.

Cost: $175 per session

Group Mentorship

Do you have a group of peers or colleagues interested in going over cases together? Book a group mentorship session together and be mentored by an ESI faculty member. Immerse yourself in a dynamic learning environment where diverse perspectives and shared experiences drive growth. Group sessions foster dedicated time to hone your skills through deep discussions and meaningful connections, helping you gain valuable insights and practical knowledge.

Group mentorship is for organizations and those who already have a group of professionals identified. Groups must include a minimum of 3 participants. Sessions are held virtually for 50 minutes. Group mentorship includes 3 sessions and meeting times will be set per group and mentor agreement.

Cost: $285 per participant (3 sessions)
