What You Can Expect

• Expert Review: Our consultants will review your project to ensure alignment with the Satter models, and will provide recommendations and suggestions. (Note: editing services can be added upon request).
• Confidentiality: All submitted materials remain the property of the applicant and will be kept strictly confidential.
• Consulting Fees: $195/hour with a 2-hour minimum. The total cost depends on the scope of the project and is finalized in a letter of agreement before the consultation begins.
• Evaluation Rubric: We’ll be using this evaluation rubric to ensure your project aligns with the Satter models. You may use it at any point in your project to help reduce consultation time.

When should I contact ESI about consulting on my project?

You are welcome to consult with us at any time during your project – from concept inception to final review. However, in working with individuals and organizations over the years, we’ve learned that contacting us in the early stages saves time and valuable resources as clients learn the “how-to’s” of incorporating Satter’s principles for themselves. That said, we’ll gladly work with you at any stage of your project to ensure alignment with the Satter models.

Consulting Process

• Complete the consulting application form and submit it to ESI (with deposit).
• Meet with an ESI consultant to discuss your needs and the scope of your project.
• Establish and finalize the consulting agreement (including the assignment of a specific ESI consultant).
• Engage with your ESI consultant (via email and/or Zoom) for project guidance, review and feedback.

Following consultation and pending project alignment, you can apply for the ESI Seal of Approval (optional).
