“The most significant change I’ve noticed in my family is that we applied a division of responsibility. It worked so well in our family. In the past, my whole attention was focused on how much my child ate; now, I decided not to do that anymore. After applying DOR in our family, I enjoyed family meals a lot (after applying DOR in our family) instead of fighting against each other at the dining table, which pressured the children. As was mentioned in the Food Fight video, the children only ate a little on the first and second days when I applied for DOR. However, two days later, everything started to shift. The DOR approach is so helpful for our family!” Parent of 8 year old
